In case of conflict, it's recommended to first attempt an amicable agreement with the registrant. If no agreement is reached, you can use the Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution System (DRP) by filing a claim with an accredited provider. The established fee is €1,400 and the average resolution time is 2 months.
Any individual or entity holding prior rights can use the DRP: registered trademarks, trade names, names of entities registered in Spain, civil names or well-known pseudonyms, or other industrial property rights protected in Spain.
